Gauff, Kyrgios, Osaka to headline mixed exhibition matches ahead of US Open

Defending champion Coco Gauff will be participating in the high-profile mixed doubles exhibition series leading up to the 2024 US Open. This series aims to build excitement and engage fans before the tournament officially starts on August 26.

Defending champion Coco Gauff will take part in the festivities by teaming up with compatriot Ben Shelton for a mixed doubles match. They will face the popular pairing of Greek star Stefanos Tsitsipas and Spaniard Paula Badosa. This match is expected to be an entertaining highlight of the lead-up to the 2024 US Open.

In the second mixed doubles exhibition match, four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka will team up with former Wimbledon finalist Nick Kyrgios. Although Kyrgios has been sidelined with injuries since October 2022, he appears ready to return to the ATP Tour. The duo will face the powerful American team of Taylor Fritz and Amanda Anisimova, promising another exciting match ahead of the 2024 US Open.

The winners of both mixed doubles exhibition matches will face off in a makeshift final for bragging rights. The event, featuring Kyrgios and Shelton known for their on-court antics, promises to be entertaining.
